But was there knitting?

Of course. I cast on the mint Malabrigo purchased from Tammy and began Wicked. I love Malabrigo.

There was snow at the peak of the Allegheny Mountains. Here's a scenic view of the World Known (so the conductor says) Horseshoe Curve. This would have been a perfect opportunity for the Rowan Big Wool turtleneck sweater which is finished except for the end weaving and the fact that I still want to tweak the length of the ribbing.

Oh yeah, I"ve heard of the horseshoe curve, I think I rode the train there when I was little. My dad loves trains. Great pic of the snow. (the only snow I want to see is the snow that will cancel a school day!)

Snow and Malabrigo. It just doesn't get any better than that. And thanks a lot for the gratuitous puppy-cuteness picture! I have even less resistance for puppies than for yarn.

Yay! Snow! The malabrigo should knit up quickly, and looks like just in time! :)
