Rain Day
I hope it doesn't rain. Wait, it's Rain Day, I hope it does rain. I'm so confused. It rained but not while we were there. Mostly it was a food fest and I ate funnel cakes vicariously through the camera.

Even after reading about Rain Day and the 'burg in Wikipedia, I am still scratching my head a little. I guess every town needs a festival of some kind. I have lived in hamlets that had, respectively, the Corn Festival, Logging Days, and the Fisherman's Party; neighboring villages have Friendship Days (is that lame or what?), Memory Days (ditto), Lucky Days, and Freedom Fest (4th of July weekend, of course). Then there were my city years, with the Minneapolis Aquatennial and the St. Paul Winter Carnival.
What, you didn't actually eat funnel cakes? Neither did I, btw.
who doesn't love funnel cake? just caught up on your blog. looks like you've been busy. glad no baby bunnies were harmed in the making of this blog. happy spinning and video making and meeting attending. did i miss anything? i'm sure i did. happy that too.
OK. So I subscribed to you in my blog feeds but it sucks because it's supposed to let me know when you have a new post and it SO DOES NOT LET ME KNOW!! I'm behind in all the blogs I read and I'm very pouty today anyway! Wah. Poor. Me.
ANYway, baby bunny, huh? Did it do any stash snacking? Hope not!
And the jerk at technocrunch, I gave him a monitor full (like an ear full only more technical).

I don't think I could be satisfied with a vicarious funnel cake. Nope. Can't. Want one now.
Oh man, now I'm totally craving funnel cake. I'm all for any festival that bring more funnel cake - Rainy or otherwise!
Oh man, how I love funnel cake!
