Two adventures for a Sunday night. Pumpkin mini muffins (one mix makes 48) with half of them frozen. And almond butter fudge. The recipe called for almond butter, coconut oil and some maple syrup. I also added some cocoa. I haven’t yet mastered the put candy into molds skill. They are to be kept in the freezer. The muffins are a win. The fudge tbd. And this post may or may not make it from this app.
