Food food food and knitting.

Item the one-yesterdays almond butter fudge in the freezer was a win. 1/2 c almond butter, 21/2 tbsp coconut oil.  I put in a splash of maple syrup and a dash of cocoa.

Today’s dinner was quite colorful. Brown rice, mushrooms, fresh carrots, and spinach. Tamari sauce garlic and ginger for flavor.


This is the knitting I’ve been playing with.  You don’t have to think so much.
