Freezer item two

Potato lentil soup.  Similar to the chili but I’m guessing a little heartier.

Italian spices added.   Ton recipes suggest squeezing some lemon on it when it’s served.  Apparently the acid brings out the flavor.  Although I’m not sure how much flavor there can be in potatoes and lentils.
