The Lily Sugar and Cream is for the Ballband Dishcloth Bandwagon that I've decided to jump on for Christmas gifts. Me and dishcloths? That cracks me up. I have visions of adding little Bath and Body Shop treats that match the colors. Me and planning ahead? That cracks me up.

I probably do christmas like I did Emmy's b-day, shopped the night before, wrapped 15 minutes before she opened them. Or maybe not...
I think I must have found your blog after your SA adventure, but I'd love to read about it. Approximately where is it in your archives? My older son spent his semester abroad in 2005 at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in Pietermaritzburg; #2 son and I joined him at the end of the semester and we played tourist for 8 days. Cape Town, the CGH, the Garden Route from Mossel Bay to East London, then overland to P'burg and Joburg.
I don't remember seeing Garlic Butt, though :)

Garlic O'Butt! It's Irish & Italian. I love a funny product name. There's a hand cream called "Crack Cream." In Italy, there is a bread called "Bimbo." One year my parents put a can of Spam in my stocking, but it wasn't Spam brand, it was called "Assi." Assi meat in a can.

Too Funny! It would go over big time at my place, we cook with a lot of garlic. I am cooking a nice ham for tonight's Thanks Giving dinner. Ham tonight means split pea 'n ham soup tomorrow YUM!!
garlic-o-butt? what does that mean? i've never heard of such a thing.
Ingredients are margarine and garlic- maybe when it's not really butter they just call it "butt."
It has to be a deliberate joke, doesn't it? No one is that much of a 'straight man', are they?
