At first I thought the sight of these sad little plants in the
rocky clay was as pathetic as things could get.
That was until I came home from work today and
wondered why Mr. Sophanne had tossed salt in the yard.
Then I realized things could get much much more pathetic.
The "salt" was actually ice pellets from a giant hail storm
Much much more pathetic.

I'm sorry about the plantbabies. This has been the weirdest year weatherwise that I can remember (although, I don't remember much).
What??? that is crazy... :-(
I have found that putting out baby plants brings on an instant, killing frost. I'm so sorry.
