Feeling tired? Weak? Anxious?

Then I highly recommend a listen to the Thich Nhat Hanh's audio book The Art of Mindful Living.

Breathe in, you are a flower.  Breathe out, you are flower fresh.

Breathe in, you are a mountain, breath out, you are solid.

Breathe in, you are the still waters , breathe out, you are reflecting

the refreshing moon of the buddha, traveling in the sky of utmost emptiness.
