Well what do you know...I haven't knitted at all, lol. Stash yarn definately has some sort of "drome" attached to it.Mary Bethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14475617604346483426noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-38717514.post-63707454384011926202009-06-15T21:35:43.282-04:002009-06-15T21:35:43.282-04:00Yes, yes, yes to the skirt. The pattern you're using should help you avoid the "pleats" my mom mentioned. See, I had to totally redo the skirt b/c it was too long (that's when the gathers really turned into pleats- and they're not that bad). With that calculator on your pattern site, you shouldn't have that prob!

I had a skirt-buying adventure in NYC this weekend-I'll blog it.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-38717514.post-71715064736037967682009-06-14T22:17:28.796-04:002009-06-14T22:17:28.796-04:00love that striped sock! what yarn is it?love that striped sock! what yarn is it?Haleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15984894313819376821noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-38717514.post-74100131320181863862009-06-12T21:25:01.556-04:002009-06-12T21:25:01.556-04:00yay for seasonings! I love the multi-colored sock, however it looks lonely hanging there. It needs a partner. As for Joann's the fabric selection is awesome. There is a Joann's in Robinson that is huge-HUGE. The fabric is endless there. Good luck on the peasant skirt....Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-38717514.post-47201728260835813542009-06-12T15:49:03.535-04:002009-06-12T15:49:03.535-04:00Liza Jane looks alert to me. And, peasant skirts are wonderful for many reasons. In the winter they look fab with boots, too!Cindyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11776302871199679180noreply@blogger.com
