short unassuming post

i joined the gym again today-all encouraging words accepted. we'll see, we'll just see.

  2. Best of luck to you! I've been exercising since last June. I go three (or fewer) times a week and do about half an hour of cardio exercise and work on 7 strength machines. I am convinced that it's good for me. My husband has gone from seeming very frail to being very fit - that's why I began. I really do want to start listening to audio books during the exercise. Maybe something like that will help you? Seeing my husband's increased health has really made me a believer.

    Good luck to you my friend! I have re-joined Weight Watchers. So we can all encourage and support each other. Oh and I've taken to running, got myself a treadmill and everything. Keep us updated on your progress!

  8. Good Luck! I joined about a year ago and finally in the past 3 months have gotten my butt in gear and lost some weight...but I still have a long way to go! Anyway, you'll have more energy and feel better...I know when I get home from work I just want to plop my butt on the couch, but I make myself walk Zeeba and then go do some cardio and when I get home, I'm usually more energetic than I was before doing all that work! Good vibes are sent your way!
